We've got lots of important news during this holiday season. First of all, we want everyone to know our holiday hours:

Now, for some exciting news. If you haven't visited us lately, we've had a facelift. No!!!, not the girls, our shop has recently been painted on the outside. It looks great!!! To celebrate we are having a lipo-suction (actually inventory reduction) sale for the rest of the month of December.

Everything in main shop will be 25% off, excluding classes, greeting cards and gift certificates.

Quilt Quips

I hope everyone is enjoying the Holiday season and may your New Year be bright and filled with much fabric and quilting time!

We are going to continue to schedule Quilt Coopers and hope that you will join us on that Friday for some quality quilting time. Quilt Coopers is open to all who quilt – bring whatever project you are working on whether it be piecing, quilting, appliquéing – the sky is the limit. I am also scheduling my Beginning Needle turn Appliqué class for those of you who would like to learn this fun and relaxing technique.

However, we would like to schedule the rest of our classes based upon any requests that you might have. If you would like a basic class in learning how to quilt, a hand quilting class, a class for kids or any specialty classes, do not hesitate to contact the Shop. We want to be “YOUR” one stop shop for classes.

Quilt Coopers ~ Bring a project and join in for some great social time with your fellow quilters. The club is very informal. Hand applique, machine applique, machine piecing, hand quilting, the sky is the limit! This is a perfect opportunity to complete a UFO or start a new project away from those ringing phones and other distractions. The club is scheduled from 10:00 to 12:00 but we can always grab some lunch and stitch until the shop closes. It's our choice. (Beginner to Advanced) Club Leader: Mindy Peterson FREE!

Beginning Needleturn Applique ~ Have you ever wanted to learn how to do make those beautiful applique quilts but have always thought that applique was the awful “A” word? Take the plunge and join us for some fun. In this class you will learn about the needleturn applique stitch as well as tips and tools of the trade. (Beginner) Teacher: Mindy Peterson $25.00
